Every stager and designer is professionally trained, and our own full-time moving crew, all background-checked, licensed and insured, handles delivery and pickup. We keep enough furniture and decor to stage more than 100 homes at once, in styles from contemporary to traditional.

We furnish and decorate empty homes so buyers can see how each room can be used. Packages start at $1,600, and the quote is free.
A stager walks through your home and tells you what to change, from paint colors and furniture placement to curb appeal. In-home visits are $250 in the metro, and photo or video consultations start at $100.
Pre-designed decor for the key rooms of your home. Pick a package up or have it delivered, then return it when you're finished or keep it.
Our stagers come to your home and arrange the furniture and decor you already own. It's $150 per stager per hour, with a two-hour minimum.
We book a professional photographer for the staged home, and the photos come back in one business day. Photos are $250, or $300 for homes over 3,000 square feet, and free with qualifying orders.
